1. Definitions

"Service" means the Marinios IPTV streaming subscription providing access to live TV channels, Video-on-Demand (VOD), and Electronic Programme Guide (EPG). "You" means the customer or user. "We", "us", "our" means Marinios IPTV. "Content" means all channels, series, movies, and programme information accessible through the Service.

2. Service Description

Marinios IPTV provides access to 28,000+ live channels, 40,000+ TV series, and 140,000+ movies via internet streaming. The Service requires a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K). We do not provide internet service, hardware, or VPN services. Channel availability may change without notice due to broadcaster licensing agreements or regional restrictions.

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase a subscription.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (M3U URL, Xtream Codes, username, password) confidential and secure.
• One subscription permits use on the number of devices specified in your chosen plan (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 simultaneous connections).
• Sharing login credentials beyond your purchased device limit is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• All plans are prepaid for the selected duration: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
• Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your card details on our servers.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your service will expire at the end of the purchased period. You must manually repurchase to continue using the Service.
• We offer a free 24-hour trial with no payment required. No credit card information is needed for the trial.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Resell, restream, or rebroadcast our Service or any content obtained through our Service to third parties.
• Use VPNs or proxy services to abuse server locations, bypass geographical restrictions, or exceed connection limits.
• Share your account publicly, on forums, or with individuals outside your household beyond your purchased connection limit.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or overload our servers, infrastructure, or software.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our Service.

6. Service Availability & Uptime

We guarantee 99.9% server uptime for all subscribers. We are not responsible for downtime caused by:

• Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or network issues
• Your device, hardware, or local network configuration
• Third-party broadcasters or content providers
• Government restrictions or regulatory changes

We provide 24/7 technical support to resolve any issues you encounter. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible via email or our official WhatsApp channel.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the instant digital nature of our IPTV service, all sales are final after your account has been activated and your credentials have been delivered.

We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test compatibility with your devices and internet connection before making a purchase. This trial period is the opportunity to evaluate the Service risk-free.

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

• Our servers are completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours and we cannot provide an alternative solution.
• You were charged twice for the same order or subscription.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, brand assets, and software belong exclusively to Marinios IPTV. The channel content accessible through our Service is provided via licensed content aggregators and remains the intellectual property of the respective broadcasters and rights holders.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to access and view the content through our Service for your own entertainment purposes only. Any commercial use, redistribution, or public exhibition of the content is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not own the broadcasted channels. We are an IPTV access provider only and do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, programme, or content at any time.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of IPTV services is legal in your country or jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of IPTV streaming in your location before subscribing. Laws vary by country, and we recommend researching local regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Marinios IPTV, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any:

• Service interruptions caused by third-party factors
• Content changes or channel removals by broadcasters

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Abuse of our Service, staff, or support team
• Fraudulent activity or chargeback initiation
• Sharing login credentials beyond your purchased connection limit

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, and no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.
